This service enables you to really enjoy the entire experience with the full support and experience of a wedding planner. At the first consultation we discuss each stage of the plan and your individual requirements. From organising the budget, arranging dress fittings, guest list and attendance management, to venue selection– every detail is taken care of and is clearly listed in your wedding plan.

 

Find your 'perfect' venue package

Choosing the right wedding venue is the most time consuming part of your wedding planning but Perfectly Planned 4 you are here to save you time. At our first consultation we will discuss your venue requirements. Then we will provide you with a list of suitable locations for you to take your time to go through. We also accompanying you to view potential venues, asking the relevant questions. Finally we will help you negotiate the best possible price and finalising the contract.

All our venues will be hand picked to suit your every requirement.

 

Eleventh hour package

We think last minute weddings are oh so romantic, but planning one can be manic. With our help getting married last minute is possible, this package includes almost everything our full planning package does.

 

Without a hitch! (Day Coordination Package)

You have already organised it all. Now allow yourself to relax and enjoy your special day, making it memorable for the right reasons. You have email and phone access to me four weeks before the wedding, and then the day of the wedding I am there, in full attendance, working to a fully coordinated and timed running order, ensuring the day runs smoothly.

Mini Planning Package

This package will help you learn the basics of wedding planning, including itineraries, local vendor information and budget sheets.

You get the benefit of a professional planner at an affordable price.
