Whether you are getting married at one of our recommended venues or holding the wedding at home in a marquee or elsewhere, we will work with you to ensure your day is all you wished for and more .

We can offer a variety of options for your wedding, or even tailor make a package to suit your needs and idividuality. After all your wedding should be exactly as you always dreamed!

We pride ourselves on a very extensive menu selection and the highest standard of service, however if you do not see something you fancy just let us know as we are always coming up with new combinations and would be happy to discuss any ideas you may also have.

After the initial enquiry we will arrange a time to discuss the plan of the day, ensuring that we incorporate your ideas. We will provide you with a detailed breakdown highlighting the areas you need to consider and suggest other suppliers from florists to marquee companies, cake-makers to photographers, as required.

On the day itself we provide a full co-ordination service, laying the tables with your decorations, Name cards, favours etc and Co-ordinating with photographers and the bestman so you can just relax and enjoy.

Once you have decided to go ahead with Balsamic Fig Catering and your deposit is paid we arrange a Menu tasting evening for the Bride & Groom based on a short list of the dishes you have selected. This includes Canapes, starters, main course and dessert. You can even invite your parents, maid of honour or best man for a small fee.
